EPA Issues New Lead-Based Paint Regulations
We’ve been hearing about the dangers of lead-based paint for years and now, the EPA is issuing some new rules about how to handle this type of paint when a contractor finds himself working with it. Here is the link for more information; it outlines the regulations that will hopefully prevent exposure to the harmful dust that is produced while working with lead-based paint and it describes a clean-up procedure that should prevent contact even after the work is finished.
